“Even youths will faint and be weary, and the young will fall exhausted; but those who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength, they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint.”
Isaiah 40:30-31

Confirmation Class

Calling all 7th and 8th Graders (or older if you have never been confirmed)! Come join our year-long Confirmation Class, a class meant especially for you. We will study basic Christian beliefs (why do you believe what you believe?), United Methodist history (what’s in a name?) and what it means to be a member of the church (Princeton United Methodist Church).

The year-long program teaches these young people the meaning of being a disciple of Christ and church membership.

It’s not just classroom learning. Activities in the past have included a retreat to America’s Keswick in Whiting, New Jersey and a visit to Historic St. George’s Church in Philadelphia, the oldest Methodist church in the United States, founded in 1769.

On the Sunday when they join the church (at the end of May), there are many festivities to celebrate their achievement and welcome them as new members.

If you would like to participate in this class, please call the church office. The confirmation class will participate in the Rally Day Celebration in September.  Questions? E-mail:
