Our Youth Choirs

The Children and Youth choirs sing at the 10 a.m. worship service each week during the school year. These choirs do not rehearse or sing at worship during the summer months.  They perform an eclectic mix of music of many styles and cultures, present a musical each spring and, together with the Church School, a pageant during Advent.

Why Join a Youth Choir this year?

  • Grow as Christians — the “Faith” effect: Participation in a church group encourages Christian growth and fosters feelings of belonging.
  • Make new friends — the “Sociality” effect: our children and youth attend approximately 40 different schools.
  • Learn good music skills — the “Mozart” effect: The study of music has been proven to raise IQs and SAT scores.
  • All are Welcome!  No auditions are required!
