Postures for Lent: Yoga

While many Lenten practices connect our minds and our hearts, Postures for Lent allows our bodies to participate as well. Through these weekly Yoga classes, we will explore how to embody meditation, prayer, and contemplation. Join us for an all ages and all levels Yoga class taught by our certified instructor, Laura Di Panfilo, that welcomes beginners and experts on Tuesdays from 5:30-6:30 in the Café of Princeton UMC.
