Sunday, April 27, is Communiversity in Princeton. The annual
event, jointly sponsored by Princeton University and Arts Council of
Princeton, requires the closure of Nassau Street from Vandeventer south
as well as the closure of streets perpendicular to Nassau beginning at
11 a.m. This means that there will be limited parking due to vendors and
visitors coming into the area. Therefore, Church Council voted to only
hold regular 9:30 a.m. worship and Sunday School that day. Adult Sunday
School will meet at the discretion of each class. The Chapel will be
open from 11 a.m. on for prayer and quiet reflection. PUMC and
Appalachian Service Project (ASP) will have a presence on our front lawn
for Communiversity. If you would like to be involved and help with the
planning of PUMC activities for Communiversity, please contact the
Church Office.
