Welcome! I'm so glad you are here. You are invited to move through the season of Lent with us, toward the remembrance of Jesus's death on Good Friday and the resurrection on Easter. This Lent we invited into a "neighborly fast", asking:
- With whom is my heart?
- Who around me do I really see, and how do I see them?
- Who are the oppressed, the vulnerable, those suffering from injustice around me?
- With whom am I sharing meals and space with?
- Whose hearts do I carry?
- Who do I allow to carry my heart?
Jesus, the ultimate heart carrier, shows us, through his life, death, and resurrection, the extraordinary ways that God's heart is always with us. Together, let us choose the "neighborly fast" of solidarity, of justice and mercy, of carrying one another's hearts into resurrection and the new community of love and belonging.
