The Wesley Foundation is the United Methodist ministry to the students who attend Princeton University. The Wesley Foundation seeks to extend the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the academic setting of the University in order to meet the special needs of students for spiritual formation, intellectual inquiry, and social involvement. The Wesley Foundation sponsors or promotes Christian education classes, worship services, fellowship gatherings, Bible studies, prayer meetings, discussion groups, service projects, spiritual life retreats, mission trips, regional and national student conferences, pastoral care, and much more!
The Board of the Wesley Foundation meets at our church and our Senior Pastor and several church members are on the Board of Directors. Funding for the Wesley Foundation is provided by the Greater New Jersey Annual Conference and donations from many churches (including Princeton United Methodist Church) and individuals.
We invite students from Princeton University, as well as from the many college campuses in our area (Princeton Theological Seminary, Westminster Choir College and Rider University) to join us for worship on Sundays and to participate in all the activities and programs of our church.
