a summer of compassion
Compassion Camp is a program where kids and families explore what it means to have compassion for others, ourselves, and the world. The practice of lovingkindness is the utmost form of selfless love toward ourselves and others.
The practice begins with focusing on self-compassion because once we have compassion for ourselves, we can have compassion for others.
