WEDDINGS AT PRINCETON UMC

HOLD YOUR WEDDING - BIG OR SMALL - AT PUMC

Those who wish to celebrate their union in the context of the Christian faith are welcome to be married at Princeton UMC, including those of all races, ethnicities, sexual orientations, and gender identities. Weddings are performed at Princeton UMC for members and non-members and for all persons of all denominational backgrounds.

SANCTUARY

The splendor of our main worship sanctuary, with its beautiful historic stained glass windows, organ pipes, and balcony serves as the perfect backdrop for medium to large weddings.

CHAPEL

For weddings of 20 or fewer guests, many couples choose the more intimate Chapel for their ceremony. The Chapel offers stained glass windows and a few rows of pews. There is possible overflow seating in the adjacent room that can accommodate additional guests.

OFFICIATING PASTORS AND

PRE-MARITAL COUNSELING

Only PUMC pastoral staff may officiate weddings located at Princeton United Methodist Church.  PUMC pastoral staff may permit co-officiating, please consult with the officiating pastor to discuss. The couple will meet with the officiating pastor at least four times prior to the wedding rehearsal. If the couple prefers to do pre-marital counseling with someone else, that is an option, though it should be discussed with the officiating pastor.
